Setoworks (CEO Chungyeon Cho) today announced the official opening of Seto Square (Samseong-dong, Seoul), a dedicated studio for the company's content production.
Seto Square, located on the 100th floor of the company's Samsung-dong headquarters, will be used primarily for the company's growing global content production needs, various Kickstarter videos, and its own YouTube commerce.
Seto Square is equipped with a full range of broadcasting and filming equipment for live broadcasts, photo shoots, and more, enabling the production of high-quality videos, photos, and brochures. It is expected to be of great help to domestic SMEs and startups preparing for Kickstarter in the U.S., Makuake in Japan, and Zekeq in Taiwan through export vouchers. In addition, the space will be utilized as an educational space for companies in need of crowdfunding by securing space for various seminars and lectures.
The company also plans to continue collaborating with companies specializing in content using Seto Square. The company believes that by collaborating with professional channels that specialize in video production and live broadcasting, it can achieve various synergistic effects as well as higher quality results due to the input of professional personnel and equipment.
"Following the selection of an upscale professional trading company that always presents new visions and possibilities to its customers, we are now opening the industry's first dedicated studio, 'Seto Square,'" said Cho Chung-yeon. "We will further enhance the satisfaction of many domestic companies that are challenging global funding and overseas exports through high-quality video and image production."
