SETOWORKS, a data-driven global GTM solutions company, announced on the 20th that a cross-border project it conducted on zeczec, Taiwan’s largest crowdfunding platform, raised approximately USD 190,000 (KRW 280 million).

The project introduced Cear Pavé, a Bluetooth speaker from overseas audio brand Cear, to the Taiwanese market for the first time. The campaign ran from May 12 to July 16 and achieved more than 60,000% of its funding goal. SETOWORKS has now transitioned the product into the local general distribution sales stage.

Cear Pavé applies Cear Field, a proprietary patented technology developed as an integrated software-and-hardware solution by a brand that has researched audio technology for 20 years. The palm-sized compact speaker delivers theater-level 3D spatial sound. SETOWORKS handled the entire process in an all-in-one full-stack model, from campaign planning and listening-session events to GTM marketing, customer service, logistics, and delivery. As the exclusive distributor in Taiwan, the company will also manage distribution linkage.

For the past three years, SETOWORKS has carried out all-in-one projects supporting Japanese companies entering Kickstarter in the United States, as well as Taiwanese companies launching crowdfunding campaigns in the United States, Japan, and Taiwan. The company has achieved more than 1,300 successful global crowdfunding projects and over approximately USD 40.6 million (KRW 60 billion) in cumulative funding, including subsidiaries. SETOWORKS is an official Kickstarter Expert Partner in the United States, an official Makuake partner in Japan, and an official exclusive partner of zeczec in Taiwan.

“Good products have no borders, but the way they enter a market differs completely from country to country,” said Cho Chung-youn, CEO of SETOWORKS. “This success in Taiwan is another case confirming that SETOWORKS’ global GTM model works.”
