In the highly competitive market for Korean Gua Sha and massage products in Taiwan, we chose to kickstart its entry by launching in Zeczec crowdfunding platform to enter Taiwan.
What We've Done
In the midst of fierce competition among Gua Sha brands in the domestic market, popular Korean Gua Sha brand Royrosa accurately set its purchase price. During the product market research period, consultations with joint buyers were already underway, and joint purchases were initiated simultaneously with the project opening, leading to bulk conversions.
Moreover, through collaborations with influencers who resonated well with the Taiwanese target audience and large joint buyers, the brand awareness significantly increased during the crowdfunding period. Additionally, wealso collaborated with 7-11 (OPEN POINT), the largest convenience store in Taiwan, for the unboxing video of the Zeczec platform.
Result
By selecting a USP aligned with the local concept in Taiwan, we conducted surveys, pre-marketing, video production, product detail page production, and overall project management.
Achieved NT$ 3,111,694, which is 31,116% of the target amount, by conducting strategic marketing through in-house content creation.
During the funding process, we received many B2B cooperation consultations, and the final brand was successfully distributed in Taiwan through a distributor in Taiwan. The crowdfunding for the second-generation product was also conducted in collaboration with Setoworks.
